Great! Very good for learning to differentiate intervals, chords and scales.

One of my favourite music apps This is brilliant and ranks in my favourite music apps, along with iReal Pro, Clef Tutor, and Perfect Ear 2.

  • April 2, 2015

Great app, and I use it often. One suggestion though, diminished seventh chords need to be removed from the inversions exercises. All the internals are identical making it impossible without perfect pitch. It looks like you removed augmented chords from the inversions exercises and I can only assume that was for the same reason.

  • March 27, 2015

Off key The exercises are not in the shown key on the piano, so you teach bad habits to piano players

  • March 7, 2015

love it such a help ful apps ever used.

  • March 7, 2015

Stanislav Great app. I'm using it everyday to train my ears. 1 improvement you could make is: In the interval excersize when you get a wrong answer to be able to hear the wrong answer, e.g. compare the wrong interval you have chosen to the correct answer, by clicking on the red form. Cheers!

Dont understand how the progression exersices work.

  • Feb. 26, 2015

Great but... I still don't see any melodic major, biharmonic major and minor, augmented, diminished and whole tone scale.

  • Jan. 11, 2015

I found it useful

  • Jan. 14, 2015

Loved the previous version! I would have rated the older version a 5 star rating, but it automatically updated and now I can't read the text, because its white on white background.

  • Jan. 2, 2015

  • Nov. 7, 2014

Awesome Very good and motivating application for musicians.

  • Oct. 12, 2014

Exactly what I wanted

  • Nov. 1, 2014

Wonderful, but has problem with enharmony It is a great app, however it has problems with enharmony in the melodies exercise. A# to C is not a major second, it is a diminished third! Although it sounds the same, it is not called the same! Apart from this, the app is wonderful and totally worth buying!

  • June 24, 2015

Is good try it

  • June 18, 2015

It ams good

  • June 21, 2015

Best of the bunch Best app out there for this, super challenging, but that's the point. Don't let the crappy logo fool you. It's a slick app

  • June 12, 2015

Awesome Free with Tons of exercises

  • June 15, 2015

Perfect! Serious ear training, easy to use, is there anything more to ask?

  • May 31, 2015

Good but more flexibility would help Octave range must be at least three octaves--not good for practicing chord types. And there's no way to customize chord progressions, i.e., you can't input your own. Makes it less useful for non-jazz, non-classical music because none of the most used pop progressions are there. Additionally, the melody dictation exercises are atonal, so if you're interested in tonal music, it's just about functionally useless (pun intended).

Have to pay for premium again? I paid once on my other device. And now.I have to pay again for unlimited custom?

  • April 2, 2016

Good for ear training

  • April 18, 2016

Absolutely perfect

  • April 7, 2016

Greatest ear trainer Thank you for sharing this greatest ear training app.........

  • March 11, 2016

I love it! I use it to practice intervals, melodies, chords & chord progression recognition. The only drawback is that sometimes the piano keys are too easy to misclick. An idea for you: also include a guitar neck instead of piano entry.

  • Jan. 30, 2016

Great app. Very useful when you want to learn writing music without an instrument.

  • Jan. 13, 2016

Good app Had helped in many areas with ear training, I recommend

  • Feb. 4, 2016

The app is OK.

  • Nov. 19, 2015

Simple design Simple design. Straight forward to use.

  • Nov. 16, 2015

No longer working on my device

  • Oct. 3, 2015

Intervals, Chords, Music Theory, Scales What more could you possibly ask for? This is a wonderful tool for musicians of almost every level. This is a beautiful addition to the world of musical apps available and I will love to upgrade when I get the chance just because of how much I support its development. The ads are in no way getting in the way of the experience. Five Stars and thank you ☆☆☆☆☆

  • Aug. 29, 2015

No such thing as a free lunch, but..... This app is fantastic. It is exactly what I invisioned when I searched for some sort of ear training app. Miles of extra practice for the busy and travelling musician. I love the chord recognition part. Great help with your jazz ear.

  • Aug. 15, 2015

Excellent I tried others but this one seems to be the most intuitive and is free to. Excellent program.

  • Sept. 15, 2015

Absolutely amazing app if you want to improve your ear and work towards being able to play what you hear

  • Sept. 14, 2015

This app only trains relative ear...

  • July 28, 2015

Excellent ear training. The only problem i had was that it is very easy to accidentally press the wrong piano keys and that often times the piano key that you have to press is half hidden at the end of the screen which is frustrating because you don't assume that is an option and is hard to properly press

  • July 16, 2015

So helpful! This is better than playing a game on the toilet or sitting waiting for a train, or class isn't helping. Full of great stuff if you use this app you'll have a good ear

  • May 7, 2016

Great app but with a possible improvement I loved the app. It's the best in the market. With that said, you guys can increase the max duration of a single note played on keyboard. It will help beginners to get a better understanding of that frequency.

  • May 13, 2016

Exactly what I needed Short ear training exercises whenever I want. No better way to learn.

  • May 31, 2016

Love it. Absolutely beautiful app. Great. Best thing ever for true musicians.

  • Aug. 26, 2016
